Please take note that replacements and repairs to your jewelry may not be duplicated in the event the original handcrafted creations have missing stones, clasps or pieces. You will be notified before the jewelry is repaired if the piece will be altered in any way and you will have the option to decline or accept the repair.
Jewelry purchased from Chimene Linette Designs comes with a lifetime guarantee. If any problems should occur, we will repair or replace the item. The only fees you will incur are shipping and insurance charges.
Exchanges can be made only for items with the exact dollar value or credited towards a higher value item, plus Shipping and handling. Please contact us first for exchange directions at 443.343.2446 or service@chimenelinette.com. Contact us to obtain an authorization number (no exchange will be obtained without an authorization number). For your protection, please send all exchanges via an insured parcel post. Please ship all items pre-paid.
Please provide to us the following information when returning or exchanging goods:Name, Order #, Order Date, Return Authorization number.
We will be more than happy to make an exchange or apply a credit towards the purchase of any other items. We do not offer refunds. There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipment and insurance on all returned merchandise.

A 5% cancellation fee will be charged on all special orders. In addition, the deposit will be forfeited if materials have been purchased for the item(s).
Tax is charged for orders shipped within Maryland. The amount of tax charged is based on current state and local tax rates which are subject to change.
Items that are purchased as gifts can be gift wrapped for a fee based on the size and weight of item.
